Shipped Cheeses:
We work very hard at providing the most reasonable shipping costs available. Orders going East of the Mississippi River will be shipped UPS ground and those going West of the Mississippi will be shipped USPS 2 day priority. These charges will be added to your cost of cheese and you will be notified via email (or U.S. mail if email unavailable) of your total charges.
Your cheeses will arrive cool (we package very carefully) and should be refrigerated immediately. These are aged cheeses and will keep very nicely for quite a while if kept wrapped and cold. Flavor and consistency will be enhanced if cheeses are removed from refrigeration at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
Local Availalibility:
We are located in Knoxville, TN. Beginning February 2011 we will have store hours twice a week at the farm. Please check back soon for a schedule of those hours.
Three Rivers Market in downtown Knoxville carry our cheeses locally.
